2. The Diet Generator (creates calorie shifting menus) –

This is the most important tool of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. It’s really the only tool you’ll need from this program. It is a software program that contains a list of about 30 different foods. These foods range from omelet to fruit salads, oatmeal, shrimp and other regular everyday meals that are very easy to find and make. This is also good if you live a busy life and don’t have time to cook or make complex dishes.

How to use it:  You get to choose up to 14 different foods you want to eat out of this list. You can choose less, but it’s recommended you choose the full 14 meals as you’ll have a variety as well as the best results.

Once you finish choosing, you click on “Create Meal Plan” at the bottom of the food list and the diet generator converts your choices and instantly creates an 11 day calorie shifting meal plan. You are told when/how to eat these foods.

Just follow the meal plan. That’s all there is to this diet. There is no planning. All you do is pick, get your meal plan, follow it and let calorie shifting work it’s magic. Weight loss results do vary based on people, but generally most do lose 9 pounds in 11 days when following this diet.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots makes calorie shifting very simple to do. You can create as many different meal plans as you want. You can let your friends/family make their own meal plans too. As long as you are a member, you can keep making as many as you want.

Beyond Calories is an optional “add-on” diet to the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. If you get it, you also get access to the diet handbook and diet generator, but in addition, you will also get the “Beyond Calories” program.

How it works:

This is a “Super Calorie Shifting Program” which provides you with 4 charts of foods (over 200 food choices total). Every food on the chart is an H.S food which stands for high satiety. These are foods high in fiber which make you feel fuller because they take longer to digest.

The key to the Beyond Calories diet is that it gives you 10 charts (each representing a day) and each day you can eat 6 meals (all high satiety meals!). However, it tells you which food groups to eat from for each meal. It’s actually very easy to understand if you look at a sample menu:

Beyond calories is recommended for people who are in a hurry to lose weight quickly. It’s a 10 day diet in which you can really drop 15 pounds.
