2. The Diet Generator - This is the most important tool of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program. It is a software program that contains a list of about 30 different foods.

These foods range from omelet to fruit salads, oatmeal, shrimp and other regular everyday meals that are very easy to find and make. This is also good if you live a busy life and don't have time to cook or make complex dishes.

You get to choose up to 14 different foods you want to eat out of this list. You can choose less, but it's recommended you choose the full 14 meals for the best benefit.

Once you finish choosing, you click on "Create Meal Plan" and the diet generator converts your choices and instantly creates an 11 day calorie shifting meal plan. You are told when/how to eat these foods.

The "Beyond Calories" Guide:

Beyond Calories is an optional "add-on" program. If you get it, you receive access to all of the above features and you will also get the "Beyond Calories" program.

This is a "Super Calorie Shifting Program" which provides 11 charts with 5 meals on each. Every meal is known as a "HS food" or foods that make you feel full. This program is not as simple to follow because you're given a strict menu to stick to, but the weight loss results are 2x as great as the original.

Beyond calories is recommended for people who are in a hurry to lose weight quickly, but if you do get it and can't stick to it, just do the regular calorie shifting program instead. Either way you'll have lifetime access to both (The Regular Calorie Shifting Program & Beyond Calories).
