The
Every Other Day Diet has been a popular diet since it was first
introduced in late 2009. It goes by many names including:
The QOD diet
The EODD diet
The Alternate Day diet
And finally the Cheat to Beat Diet
There are many versions of this diet, but this particular one is the
most popular. It is a diet program that incorporates the style of
calorie shifting with the flexibility of eating anything you like.
To summarize, this diet uses a technique known as "Interval Eating"
which is basically like calorie shifting. You eat in mixed calorie
orders once every 2 days. In every other day in between however, you
get to eat anything you want, even fast foods.
This diet program is equipped with a fitness program that dieters are
encouraged to follow.
Overall this is a great diet program. It does take time to read the
material, but you get a full understanding of the Interval eating
technique and how to use it.
