Small snacks:

Yogurt, ice cream, peanuts, oatmeal, popcorn, jellybeans.

Other HS foods:

Potatoes (boiled), beans, eggs, brown rice, whole wheat bread, white rice, french fries, white bread, beef, cheese.

In truth, there are 100’s of different HS foods available. How to do a high satiety diet:

There are 2 ways to do a high satiety diet:

The original way (long results): 

In order to diet correctly with HS foods, you need to do several things:

1. Compile a list of low calorie, high satiety foods.

2. Eat them often (at least 5 times a day)

3. Make sure each meal contains a different amount of calories.

4. Don’t stuff yourself. Eat every meal until you feel full, then stop.

How much weight can you lose this way? It varies. But it’s not uncommon to lose 1-5 pounds a week using this method. 

The fast way (short results):

This method is completely different than the original. That is because through it, you have much more flexibility in that you can eat much more HS foods, but the key isn’t which foods you eat, it’s HOW you eat which is where the tricky part comes into play.

In this method, you combine HS foods with a dieting technique called “Calorie shifting” which is a method in which you eat at least 5 meals a day in mixed caloric values and continue this method day after day. If you can do it correctly, you can get some incredible weight loss results which are 2-3 times faster than doing it the original way. Quite amazing if you consider that you can eat pretty much ANY HS foods you want.

Recommendations if you plan on using the fast way:

This version can get tricky and it’s recommended to use some sort of calorie shifting HS diet to make sure you get it right the first time. There actually happens to be one. It’s called Fat Loss 4 Idiots, a program which utilizes both calorie shifting and HS food dieting through a method they call “The Beyond Calories Diet”.

In short, you are given a list of about 200 different HS foods divided into 4 food groups to choose from and then given a 10 day meal plan telling you which food groups to eat from for each meal for each day.
